Tube Filling and Sealing

Plastic, laminate and metal tubes across cosmetics, toiletries, food and pharma all need reliable filling and sealing, and our range covers everything from a manual bench top crimper to a fully automatic line running thousands of tubes an hour. On the sealing side, the AXO 10 is a compact manual crimping machine for small batches and lab work, the AXO 20 adds automatic sealing and coding for polythene tubes, and the AXO 30 uses hot air sealing for higher output, up to 1000 tubes an hour. For filling and sealing together, the AXO 780 handles plastic, laminated and polyfoil tubes in semi-automatic or automatic form, outputting up to 2300 tubes an hour. Moving up the range, the AXO 800, AXO 1000, AXO 1600 and AXO 2600 are all fully automatic tube filling and closing machines that step up in output from around 3800 up to 12,000 tubes an hour, with automatic tube loading, orientation and ejection, colour touch screen control and closure systems suited to metal, plastic and laminated tubes alike.
