Liquid Filling

Whatever the viscosity, from thin liquids through to creams and gels, our liquid filling range covers first time users right through to busy multi shift factories. Semi-automatic bench top units sit alongside fully automated in-line and monobloc systems, all built for accuracy, quick changeover and long service life. On the semi-automatic side, the EX-FILL-S gear pump fillers (single and twin head) use a touch screen display with a 99 programme memory, single shot, multi-fill and continuous modes, and food or pharmaceutical grade stainless steel contact parts. These can also be supplied automated, mounted on a conveyor with no bottle no fill sensing. The EX-FILL-SP peristaltic filler suits sterile applications across pharma, biotech and diagnostics, while the OMAS DVPB/DVPC and DPMB/DPMC pneumatic volumetric fillers handle everything from 1ml up to 5000ml, with hot fill versions available. The Omas Minibloc is built for perfumes, e-liquids and nail polish, and our servo controlled piston fillers handle sauces and liquids with highly accurate, PLC controlled dosing.

For higher volumes, the OMAS in-line fillers (4, 6, 8 or 10 heads) and single or double pitch monoblocs bring servo driven filling and capping together on one frame, in 304/316L stainless steel, with clean room and laminar flow options for pharma and cosmetic production.
