Hot Filling

For balms, waxes, candles and body butters that need to be filled while warm, our hot filling range covers everything from a single bench top unit to a full turnkey line with a cooling tunnel. The OMAS DPMC/DVPC pneumatic volumetric fillers cover capacities from 1ml up to 5000ml and are built for semi-dense, viscous and cream products across cosmetics, pharma, toiletries and food. Options include hopper heating, product agitation and positive shut-off nozzles to stop drips between shots. Step up to the OMAS in-line filler in 4, 6, 8 or 10 head configurations and you get a servo driven system with diving nozzles, bottom-up filling and easy strip down cleaning, built from 304 and 316L stainless steel. These lines are regularly paired with a cooling tunnel for candle and wax runs, and can be configured for cold fill work just as easily.
