Bottle Unscrambling

Getting bottles onto the line fast, without a warehouse full of people doing it by hand, is what our unscrambling equipment is built for. The range runs from low volume units with tool free changeovers right up to high speed lines, and every machine is designed to handle a broad spread of bottle shapes and sizes with minimal setup time between runs. The EX-US1 Bottle Unscrambler feeds bottles onto your production line automatically, cutting out the slow and costly manual process altogether. Alongside it we supply an infeed turntable in 304 stainless steel with adjustable guide rails, geared motor drive and inverter control, built to suit your existing conveyor height and speed. A transfer belt unit is also available to move bottles between conveyors and support batch coding, complete with a backup sensor that stops the feed automatically if a downstream labelling machine backs up. All units are UK built, fully wired and designed to bolt straight into an existing line with the minimum of fuss.
