Tax Stamping

Getting tax stamps onto tins, boxes and bottles accurately and at speed matters for anyone shipping regulated products, and our BM STS range covers semi-automatic through to fully automatic application. The BM STS 100 is a semi-automatic unit that applies stamps in I, L or landscape orientation, with an adjustable magazine, hot melt glue system and sensor activated application, and it's upgradeable later to the automatic BM STS 200. That automatic model runs on compressed air and labels up to 50 products a minute, with a further upgrade path to the servo driven BM STS 200+ at up to 120 products a minute. For bottles specifically, the BM STS 200B applies stamps vertically or horizontally around the neck, with camera guided placement for consistent accuracy. All three models share Siemens HMI control, PILZ safety systems and an easy access hot melt glue unit for cleaning.
