Single Dose Form-Fill-Seal Machines

Single dose sachets and vials, sterile or non-sterile, are a specialist packaging job, and our form-fill-seal range covers both small batch and full production runs. The Mi.Ri. is a semi-automatic machine for filling, sealing and vertical cutting of preformed vials in plastic film, well suited to smaller batches and lab scale production of supplements or nasal drop packaging. For higher volume work, the Val56 is a fully automatic thermoforming machine producing single dose sachets and vials in plastic film or paper, running up to 40 strokes a minute. It handles liquids, gels, creams and powders from 0.20ml to 150ml, includes an integrated printer for on-pack coding, and can fill two different products that mix only at the point of use.
