RFID Labelling

E-liquid manufacturers selling into the EU market need to meet tax labelling and tamper evident rules, and our RFID and tax labelling equipment is built to keep that process reliable as you scale up. Our tax labelling machines, semi-automatic and fully automated, apply labels to both bottle neck and box at speeds up to 80 bottles per minute. The RFID labelling machine embeds an electrical circuit and microchip tag that's picked up by in-store RFID scanners, adding a layer of protection against theft and tampering on top of the tax compliance side. We also supply the G-250, an automatic monobloc for filling and capping disposable e-liquid and CBD pods. It runs a twin head filler alongside a capping module, with camera based quality control and inkjet coding on every pod, and handles 2ml pods at speeds up to 80 per minute.
