Mascara and Lipgloss Machines

Lip gloss, liquid lipstick, lip oil and mascara all bring their own filling and assembly challenges, wiper insertion, brush placement, tube handling, and our automatic monobloc range is built specifically around them. Available as the GM1 single pitch star-wheel or the GML1 in-line balcony format, these machines use puck circulation and a DPM filler for accurate hot filling, with lift-during-fill for tube handling. Options include servo controlled filling and torque, automatic plug insertion, and brush insertion by pick and place or robot, with automatic tube reject built in to catch anything that's out of spec. It's a flexible platform that can be configured for manual, semi-automatic or fully robotic operation depending on your line's output needs.
