Labelling

Consistent label placement without the manual labour is what our labelling range delivers, from bench top semi-automatic units through to high speed wraparound and front-to-back self adhesive systems. The GE-1 is our automatic self-adhesive labelling machine for round bottles, tubes and various container sizes, supplied in wraparound format for cylindrical and unstable bottles, or front-to-back for square, elliptical or cylindrical containers. It's built from aluminium and 316 stainless steel, with manual head adjustment for quick format changeovers, print and applied label checking, automatic rejection of faulty applications, and a colour HMI control panel. Wi-Fi enabled remote PLC control is available as an option, and it's suited to cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food production.
