End of line cartoning, whether that's hand loaded semi-automatic work or a fully automated horizontal line, needs to keep pace with everything upstream of it, and our cartoning range is built to do exactly that. The V106 is a small footprint horizontal cartoner suited to small and medium sized products across food, cosmetic, pharma and non-food, running at up to 80 cycles a minute with easy digital changeover between formats. The V106N steps that up to 100 cycles a minute with PLC control, while the compact V2 Econocartoner suits smaller scale production at 45 cycles a minute. At the top of the range, the V2000 Econocartoner runs a cantilever design for easy access and cleaning, with toothed belt product handling and capacity up to 120 cycles a minute. All models work with pre-glued cartons, close ends by tuck-in or hot melt glue, and can be fitted with automatic leaflet magazines, high capacity carton magazines and inkjet or embossing coding as options.
