Screw caps, press caps, ROPP, pumps and droppers all need a different approach to get a secure, consistent close, and our capping range is built to handle the lot. The Excel EX-30S Cap Tightener is a UK built, stainless steel semi-automatic unit with servo motor star-wheel indexing and a 3 jaw capping chuck, fully guarded and wired for a straightforward single phase supply. It's also available combined with a filler as the EX-30S monobloc, giving you fill and cap in one compact, modular footprint that suits smaller production spaces. For higher output, the OMAS rotary capper monobloc runs in linear or intermittent motion for pharma and cosmetic lines handling creams and liquids, with clean room and laminar flow versions available. The OMAS single and double pitch monoblocs bring filling and capping together on the same frame, with magnetic clutch or electronic torque control, sensor controlled operation throughout and full CEE safety guarding.
