RC-Series, Single Acting Cylinders

The Enerpac RC-Series Single Acting Cylinders, supplied by Shaw Hydraulics, are designed for high performance and durability, ideal for heavy-duty industrial applications. Featuring a Trio Bearing system with hardened composite wear bands, these cylinders offer exceptional side load resistance. The strengthened Trio Stop Ring further enhances durability and load-bearing capacity, ensuring reliable performance under the toughest conditions.

Equipped with a Trio Hybrid pre-tensioned spring system, these cylinders provide faster retraction for increased efficiency. High-grade polyethylene seals reduce wear, extending the service life, while a plunger wiper helps prevent contamination, prolonging the cylinder's longevity.

For added convenience, most models come with collar and plunger threads, as well as base mounting holes for easy fixturing. Models over 25 kg include certified lifting eyes and are compatible with the optional CHM6 carrying handle.

These cylinders are designed for use in all positions and feature a baked enamel finish for enhanced corrosion resistance.

Each cylinder comes complete with a CR400 coupler, dust cap, and collar thread protector. Despite the advanced features, the RC-Series retains the same external dimensions and thread compatibility as previous models, ensuring seamless integration with existing setups.
