Enerpac Equalizer™ flange tools deliver controlled, measurable spreading for safe flange joint separation when there's little or no access gap. The Secure-Grip expanding-collet design locks positively into the bolt hole to maintain even separation across the flange faces. Mechanical models (SG4TM, SG6TM, SG11TM) and hydraulic models (SG13TE, SG15TE) provide spreading forces from 37–150 kN with up to 115 mm travel; in-line hydraulic versions (SG18TE, SG25TE) deliver 180–250 kN with up to 120 mm travel at 700 bar. Compatible with common flange standards (ANSI, DIN, SPO, ASME, API, BS). Always use a minimum of two tools for even, controlled separation.
