Entecon Sack Tip Stations provide a safe, enclosed method for operators to manually open and empty sacks containing powders, granules and other bulk solids.

Integrated dust extraction draws air through the open face of the enclosure to control nuisance dust, while options include HEPA filtration, check sieves, magnets, waste-bag containment and a bespoke drum sealing mechanism. The stations can be manufactured in 304 or 316L stainless steel for demanding industrial environments.

ATEX Zone 21 internal and Zone 22 external configurations are available for explosible powders. Each STS is custom-engineered around the material, downstream process and site requirements.
