The Polymer Powder Flex Feeder is a configured Entecon Flex Feeder for polymer powders and suitable granular plastics materials. Its flexible polyurethane hopper is gently manipulated by external massage paddles to promote consistent flow and reduce bridging and rat-holing.

This makes it suitable for plastics processing where controlled feed rates and dependable material flow are required. The feeder can operate volumetrically or gravimetrically and can be supplied with variable-speed control to match the required feed rate.

Construction options include 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel and mild steel, allowing the equipment to be matched to the product and production environment.
