The Plastic & Polymer FIBC Filling Station is an application-specific configuration of Entecon's FIBC Filling Station, designed for polymer powders, pellets and related plastics materials. It provides controlled, dust-tight filling of bulk bags and can be engineered around the material, bag size, required throughput and site conditions.

This configuration is particularly suited to plastics manufacturing applications requiring efficient filling of FIBCs. The heavy-duty frame can be adjusted for different FIBC sizes, while the inflatable neck-clamping arrangement helps secure the bag spout and minimise nuisance dust during filling.

Systems can be mounted on load cells for accurate batch processing and configured with manual or automatic loop release. Stainless steel and ATEX-compliant options can also be specified where required.
