The Plastic & Polymer FIBC Discharge Station is based on Entecon's FIBC Discharge Station and is configured for polymer powders, pellets and plastics raw materials. It provides controlled bulk-bag emptying with dust containment and options to assist the flow of cohesive or difficult materials.

It is suited to plastics production environments requiring dependable bulk-bag unloading. Adjustable support frames accommodate different FIBC sizes, while Entecon's bag-clamping system secures the discharge spout. Pneumatic paddles, rams or vibrators can be added where material needs assistance to leave the bag.

Forklift or electric-hoist loading, load cells, valves, bespoke hoppers and ATEX-compliant configurations can be incorporated to suit the installation.
