The Plastic & Polymer Automatic Sack Opener is an application-specific version of Entecon's ASO-300 automatic sack opening system for bagged polymer powders, pellets and related plastics materials. It automates sack cutting and emptying within an enclosed machine, reducing repetitive manual handling and helping control dust.

It is suited to plastics processing operations requiring higher-throughput automatic bag emptying. The ASO-300 can process sacks from 10kg to 80kg at rates of up to 300 sacks per hour, subject to the bag and product characteristics.

Integrated dust extraction, check sieves, magnets, stainless steel construction and ATEX-compliant configurations can be incorporated according to the process requirements.
