The Mineral FIBC Filling Station is an application-specific configuration of Entecon's FIBC Filling Station, designed for minerals and powdered bulk solids. It provides controlled, dust-tight filling of bulk bags and can be engineered around the material, bag size, required throughput and site conditions.

This configuration is particularly suited to mineral processing applications requiring robust and controlled bulk-bag filling. The heavy-duty frame can be adjusted for different FIBC sizes, while the inflatable neck-clamping arrangement helps secure the bag spout and minimise nuisance dust during filling.

Systems can be mounted on load cells for accurate batch processing and configured with manual or automatic loop release. Stainless steel and ATEX-compliant options can also be specified where required.
