The Food Processing FIBC Discharge Station is based on Entecon's FIBC Discharge Station and is configured for food powders and ingredients such as flour, sugar and cocoa. It provides controlled bulk-bag emptying with dust containment and options to assist the flow of cohesive or difficult materials.

It is suited to food plants emptying bulk bags while controlling dust and promoting reliable product flow. Adjustable support frames accommodate different FIBC sizes, while Entecon's bag-clamping system secures the discharge spout. Pneumatic paddles, rams or vibrators can be added where material needs assistance to leave the bag.

Forklift or electric-hoist loading, load cells, valves, bespoke hoppers and ATEX-compliant configurations can be incorporated to suit the installation.
