The Entecon Flex Feeder is a standalone volumetric or gravimetric feeder designed for a wide range of bulk solids, particularly cohesive materials with poor flow characteristics.

A flexible polyurethane hopper is gently manipulated by external massage paddles, creating continuous movement in the hopper walls to encourage product flow and help prevent bridging and rat-holing.

Flex Feeders can be used for powders, granules and other bulk solids where controlled and consistent feeding is required. Systems are engineered to suit the process and can be manufactured in 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel or mild steel, with variable-speed drive options available.
