Entecon FIBC Filling Stations provide safe, dust-tight filling of bulk bags for powders, granules and other bulk solids, including cohesive and difficult-flowing materials.

The heavy-duty frame is available in stainless steel and can be adjusted to suit different FIBC sizes. An inflatable neck-clamping system securely holds the bag spout during filling to minimise nuisance dust, while manual or automatic loop-release systems can be incorporated to suit the application.

Filling stations can be mounted on load cells for accurate batch processing and can be engineered with ATEX-compliant equipment for explosible powders. Each system is designed around the customer's material, bag type, throughput and process requirements.
