Entecon FIBC Discharge Stations provide a dust-controlled method of emptying bulk bags, ton bags and tote bags containing powders, granules and other bulk solids.

The heavy-duty stainless steel frame can be adjusted for different bag sizes, while Entecon's bag-clamping system secures the FIBC spout during discharge. For cohesive or difficult-flowing products, optional pneumatic paddles, rams and vibrators can be used to promote reliable material flow.

Systems can be supplied for forklift or electric-hoist loading and can incorporate load cells, knife valves, integrated sack tip stations and bespoke discharge hoppers. ATEX-compliant versions are available, and the FDS can feed into Aero Mechanical Conveyors, pneumatic conveyors or gravity systems.
