The DSEAR Powder Handling System is a bespoke Entecon powder-handling solution engineered for powders presenting fire or explosion risks under DSEAR. The design is developed around the customer's process, material properties, hazardous-area classification and risk assessment.

It is intended for UK process installations requiring a powder-handling system designed around hazardous-area classification, ignition control and documented risk assessment. Design considerations can include continuous earthing and bonding, controlled mechanical clearances, dust containment and selection of certified equipment for the identified zones.

Entecon works to relevant ATEX, DSEAR and EN 60079 requirements, with system documentation and certification developed for the individual installation.
