The ATEX Zone 22 Powder Handling System is a bespoke Entecon powder-handling solution engineered for combustible powders handled in Zone 22 external environments. The design is developed around the customer's process, material properties, hazardous-area classification and risk assessment.

It is intended for processes requiring appropriately selected equipment for areas where explosive dust atmospheres are not normally expected but may occur briefly. Design considerations can include continuous earthing and bonding, controlled mechanical clearances, dust containment and selection of certified equipment for the identified zones.

Entecon works to relevant ATEX, DSEAR and EN 60079 requirements, with system documentation and certification developed for the individual installation.
