The ATEX Bale Opening Machine is a configured version of Entecon's ASO-BALE system for suitable combustible materials supplied in compressed bales. The enclosed machine automates opening and emptying to reduce manual handling and provide controlled introduction of material into the process.

This configuration is intended for hazardous-area applications where an appropriately engineered ATEX-compliant bale-opening solution is required. The heavy-duty system can process suitable bales weighing up to 30kg at rates of up to 200 per hour, depending on the material and bale format.

Dust extraction, stainless steel construction and ATEX-compliant equipment can be incorporated where required.
