Job Description
Be aware of both individual and departmental expected standards, objectives, targets and commitments of the WIKA Sales Charter and ensure they are maintained at all times.
Respond in a professional and technically competent manner to customer enquiries within the time frame expected by the enquirer and in accordance to the WIKA Sales Charter.
Provide professional and responsive query resolution and outstanding customer service.
Work with the Area Sales Manager, Product Managers and Customer Service Representative to retain all current business and win new business.
Take ownership of the complete sales process from enquiry through to payment, which will involve co-ordinating activity with colleagues and other departments where necessary. Work with the Customer Service Representative to ensure orders are processed correctly, within the agreed time frame and in accordance with the Company’s procedures, WIKA Sales Charter and work instructions.
Ensure Enquiry to Quote Turnaround Time is according to Area, Division & Company Dashboard targets.
Ensure robust quotation follow-ups are carried out according to Area, Division & Company Dashboard targets and log details of the follow ups in the Activity fields in the Company CRM System.
Investigate & provide professional and responsive query resolution to customer claims, complaints and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement process, including Kaizen activities & commitment to the WIKA Sales Charter.
Keep clear records of activity and calls using the Company’s Day Books.
