HS20 Manual Sealer

A hand operated, hinge action sealer ideally suited to start-up, small volume production. A wide range of film and packaging can be accommodated, including cpet, pp ready meal trays, both cardboard/plastic sandwich and snack packs. Standard interchangeable plates, to suit most popular packaging (e.g sandwich wedges), are available from stock. A custom made, platen manufacturing service is available to suit individual, bespoke packaging requirements. The HS20D operates with an accurate digital temperature controller, can be set to accommodate various types of film and packaging. It offers a large sealing area and can accommodate both small and large rolls of film.
