These cleaning pens are used to clean your label printer's printhead.  This will increase the life of your printhead and also improve the quality of the labels you print by ensuring the printhead is free from dirt and adhesive build up.

Label printer manufacturers recommend the regular cleaning of your printhead to prevent premature printhead failule and maintain consistant print quality.

 

Printhead cleaning instruction: Allow the print head to cool for at least 2 minutes. Swipe the pen over the entire print head. Repeat if necessary. Wipe the tip of the pen on a piece of paper for re-use.
