This is the RRC300-ST label counter and inspection unit.

Reel-to-Reel Counting System is a self-contained table-top unit that incorporates a pre-set counter. The RRC-330-U-STANDARD accepts roll with a maximum size of 330mm. The unwind shaft and the take-up shaft are fitted with a “quick-change shaft” that allows to quickly change the core holder diameter (38, 40, 44, 50, 70, 76 and 100mm available).

To operate the machine simply load the labels and input how many labels you need to count on the display unit keyboard. After you have turned the operation switch to run the labels will feed through the unit at a speed determined by the speed control adjuster knob and will automatically stop when the desired amount of labels has been reached.
