MicroTech 2026 is the UK’s leading event dedicated to semiconductor packaging, bringing together industry, academia and research organisations to explore developments in advanced and heterogeneous packaging, reliability, and manufacturing strategies. The conference provides an important forum for technical exchange, collaboration and knowledge sharing across the microelectronics community.
