Innovia Group Wins Two Awards - 22 May 2014

Innovia Group has won the BVCA’s ‘Large Buyout Private Equity backed Management Team of the Year’ and ‘International Impact Management Team of the Year’ Awards for the North West region. The BVCA Management Team Awards are the only awards in the world dedicated to the management teams of UK businesses backed by private equity and venture capital. The country is divided into eight regions with a judging panel for each. Via nominations from BVCA members and following an intense due diligence programme and in-depth interviews, the judges decide on a set of winners for each region. The BVCA Management Team Awards were designed to celebrate managerial excellence, and underline what an important role private equity and venture capital plays in the national economy. David Beeby, CEO of Innovia Group, commented: “We are delighted to have won these two prestigious awards, which recognises the successful work of a large number of people within the Innovia Group over an extended timeframe. It will be an honour to accept these on behalf of the whole team on June 18th at the formal ceremony.”
