Developed in response to rising food safety and quality expectations, particularly within UK and European retail supply chains, the QRC Kit combines advanced software with precision-engineered hardware to deliver improved inspection accuracy, traceability and reliability. Optional hardware features — including reject-bin auto locks, tunnel guards, air pressure regulators and photo-eye sensors — provide real-time monitoring of critical inspection points. If any condition moves outside specification, the system immediately stops and alerts staff, allowing issues to be corrected quickly and helping maintain consistent product quality.

All new X8 Metal Detectors now include QRC software as standard, and existing users can access it at no additional cost. Compatible hardware retrofits allow the same capabilities to be applied across older systems or mixed equipment fleets, supporting consistent compliance throughout plant operations.
