Eriez to Showcase High-Capacity B-HC Vibratory Feeder at Hillhead 2026
Eriez will present its latest material handling technology at Hillhead 2026, including the B-HC high-capacity electromagnetic vibratory feeder.
The company will exhibit its 75B-HC model in a live demonstration on Stand F7.
The display will also include a conveyor system fitted with an Eriez metal detector, alongside a suspended magnet and additional material handling solutions.
Designed to extend the capabilities of the Eriez B-Series range, B-HC feeders provide high-capacity electromagnetic feeding while maintaining precise control for demanding bulk material handling applications.
The feeder uses a high-power electromagnetic drive with a rare earth armature. This applies force in both the forward and reverse directions of the tray, helping to produce controlled, linear material flow.

The coil-and-magnet assembly is encapsulated in epoxy to protect against dust and moisture and to prevent coil movement. This helps improve reliability and extend service life.
A compact, energy-efficient AC control system with accelerometer feedback provides precise, variable-speed feed rate control while helping to reduce power consumption and maintenance requirements.
The feeders are suitable for head-load applications beneath hoppers, metering material to downstream equipment such as conveyors, screens, crushers and elevators.
