Eriez® Vice President of Global Sales, Todd Loudin, has announced the appointment of industry veteran R. Todd Burchett as Head of Mining and Minerals. This strategic move reinforces Eriez’ commitment to strengthening its leadership within the global mining and minerals sector.

In his new role, Burchett will lead initiatives aimed at unifying global market strategies, accelerating revenue growth and driving innovation across the company’s mining and minerals operations. Working closely with Loudin, he will focus on aligning regional targets with Eriez’ overarching business objectives, identifying new market opportunities and implementing a consistent approach to international expansion.

Burchett brings a wealth of experience in strategic account management and global business development. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Astec Industries, where his forward-thinking leadership played a key role in the company’s growth and future success.

“Todd’s expertise in building strong customer relationships and developing transformative market strategies will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious global goals,” said Loudin.

In addition to his time at Astec Industries, Burchett has held senior leadership positions at Derrick and Rexnord Corporation. At Derrick, he played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mining and industrial division, while at Rexnord he was responsible for managing strategic accounts within the process industries.

“With his background and in-depth understanding of the mining and industrial sectors, Todd is perfectly placed to advance Eriez’ mission,” Loudin added. “His leadership will be key in uniting our flotation and magnetic divisions, ensuring we deliver integrated, effective solutions to our customers’ most complex challenges.”

Burchett holds a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and has also undertaken doctoral studies in mining and mineral processing engineering.
