Eriez Appoints Graeme Bainbridge Director, Global Manufacturing
Eriez has appointed Graeme Bainbridge as its new Director of Global Manufacturing.
In his new role, Bainbridge will lead and coordinate the company’s global production strategy, focusing on manufacturing alignment, fabrication processes, design standardisation, operational efficiency and cost competitiveness.
Bainbridge brings extensive international manufacturing and operational leadership experience to Eriez, having previously held senior positions at JELD-WEN, REHAU, Masco and Belkin.
Throughout his career, he has led large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites, delivering improvements in performance, supply chain management, organisational effectiveness and profitability.
He also has considerable experience in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods.
For the remainder of 2026, Bainbridge will be based at Eriez-Europe, where he will focus on developing a detailed understanding of the company’s processes, initiatives and strategic priorities across its regional operations.
Following this transition period, he will extend his work across the wider business, helping to advance Eriez’s global production objectives.
