Aluminium Fabrication

We carry out several types of processing on aluminium profiles using advanced three-axis and four-axis CNC processing stations. These allow us to carry out multiple processes in relatively small runs in a highly cost-effective and efficient way. Processes such as milling, tapping, drilling, punching, inserting thermal breaks and cutting can be done all in one go. The four-axis processing stations can also process aluminium extrusion profiles at an angle. Double clamping tables ensure that reconfiguration time is minimised.
