A group of BGB colleagues took part in the Race for Life 10K in support of Cancer Research UK.

The event took place on Saturday 11 July at Lincoln Showground, bringing people together to raise money for vital cancer research.

For each member of the BGB team, taking part had a personal meaning.

For some, it was their first time joining the event, while others had taken part before, including in 2025.

What stood out most was the teamwork, commitment and dedication shown by everyone involved.

The team included Simon Lunn, Ozana Robinson, Bianca Spencer, Alex Holt, Tony Frisby and Kieran Oliver.

Together, they helped raise money for a cause that supports people and communities affected by cancer.

Following the event, the team’s fundraising total reached more than £1,100, with £1,170 raised for Cancer Research UK.

BGB would like to congratulate everyone who took part and thank all those who supported the team through donations and encouragement.

It was a fantastic team effort for an important cause.
