This August, we were delighted to welcome three new apprentices to BGB as they begin their journey into engineering. Please join us in congratulating William Auckland, Cole Green-Rowland, and Charlie Hall, who have officially started their three-and-a-half-year engineering apprenticeships with us.

At BGB, we believe apprenticeships are a brilliant way to combine practical experience with structured learning. Over the next three years, William, Cole, and Charlie will develop a broad range of technical skills, gain valuable industry knowledge, and contribute to exciting projects that help shape the future of engineering.

We’re proud to support their growth and look forward to seeing their talents flourish as they progress through the programme. Apprentices are vital to the future of our business, and we’re thrilled to have such enthusiastic individuals join the team.
