Congratulations to BGB’s Ethan Lamming, who has been shortlisted for Apprentice of the Year at the Grantham Business Awards.

Ethan joined BGB in January 2022 and successfully completed his 3.5-year Level 3 Apprenticeship, qualifying in August 2025.

He then continued his development by moving straight on to study for his HNC qualification.

Ethan is one of just three Grantham apprentices shortlisted for the award, with the winner due to be announced at next month’s ceremony.

It is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of Ethan’s hard work, commitment and determination.

Good luck, Ethan, from everyone at BGB.
