Using dedicated machinery calibrated to UKAS standards, here at Astrapac we are able to perform peel strength and pouch destruction testing which is verified to BS EN 868-5. We are able to supply comprehensive certification which includes graphs in order to verify seal quality, this is a requirement for medical packaging but it can also be used in a large range of other applications were validation is necessary..
