Beckmann BMA/91-PROFI Zipper Joining Machine for Mattress Borders

The BMA/91-PROFI inserts a zipper into mattress border material automatically. A round knife cuts the border, and the zipper is attached between the two pieces in one controlled process.

Zipped borders are in demand for removable, washable covers and vacuum packed mattresses. Doing it by hand means cutting, aligning and sewing, with plenty of room for error. The BMA/91-PROFI handles all of it, so the zipper sits straight and secure every time.
