Bosch 145 vacuum cooker produces high boiled sugar, the 126 solvomat is an automatic metering, dissolving and pre-cooking machine.
The 126 solvomat can be fed with either granulated or liquid sugar. It is a continuous method of feeding sugar, water, glucose etc. as well as metering, mixing, boiling and dissolving with subsequent delivery to an intermediate container.
