Holding Time Tests

You can benefit from our holding time test over the conventional Saline method. We can carry out the test whilst you are in production and therefore preventing downtime and saving you money in the process. If this is not convienent we will carry out these holding time tests with water. Each holding time test is carried out 3 times and our technicians will take an average for a very accurate result, you will then be provided with certification of the results. Alliance Fluid Handling provide a complete holding time test procedure using temperature probes and a time/temperature calculation programme to achieve quick results. In addition to this we will also carry out flow rate verification checks using a calibrated device and with checks of your flow meters combined to ensure accurate results. The importance of checking the holding time and flowrate is to ensure that your products are safe for consumption and achieve the best shelf-life possible.
